As part of the building safety regulations, JABATAN BOMBA DAN PENYELAMAT MALAYSIA or BOMBA carried out a yearly building inspection in IMS for the renewal of Building Fire Certificate on the 15th January 2008.
 
This inspection was in compliance with the Fire Services (Fire Certificate) Regulations 2001 to ensure proper management and maintenance of the fire prevention and fire protection of the building.
 
The Management also wish to take this opportunity to remind all occupants to ensure continued observance of fire safety regulations in the building including but not limited to the following: -

  • All ‘KELUAR’ signs installed inside the office are illuminated at all times.

  • All portable fire extinguishers provided inside the office must be kept in

    their designated location at all times.

  • All common fire escape doors to lift lobby and fire escape staircases

    shall be openable from the inside at all times. Occupants are not 

    allowed  to padlock these doors.             

  • All exit routes including exit doorways, corridors, and stairways are

    accessible at all times and not blocked or obstructed.
 
  •   All such other fire safety precautions.
