Annual Bomba Inspection for Building Fire Certificate Renewal  
As part of the building safety regulations, JABATAN BOMBA DAN PENYELAMAT MALAYSIA or BOMBA carried out a yearly building inspection in IMS for the renewal of Building Fire Certificate on the 15th December 2008.
 
Evacuation Drill for Safety Awareness
As part of the Building Management’s effort in making IMS a safer working environment, we conduct Emergency Evacuation Drill annually.
   
External Building Cleaning and Re-painting
As part of Building Management regular maintenance programme to upkeep the good image of IMS, a team of professional painters has been engaged to repaint  the exterior walls of the building.
