The Central Mercantile Marine
Fund will organise a Mariners Open Day on Oct 20
at the Mariners Centre in Port Klang.
The yearly event is a platform for all active
and non-active seafarers to congregate and share
their experiences and knowledge.
Besides seafarers, the invitation to attend is
open to all related families, shipowners,
agencies and training institutions that are
involved in the development of Malaysian seamen.
With the theme “Welcome Onboard”, this year’s
event will see various programmes held from 11am
to 3.30pm.
These programmes include customer open day by
the Transport Ministry, donation programme,
traditional games as well as Hari Raya and
Deepavali celebration. |
